Behind the scenes of Chamas

This is where the magic happens — away from the spotlight, close to the real heat. Behind the scenes of Flames of Courage, each scene is born from hard work, clever improvisation, and a team that agreed to live this story even before filming it.

Between trials by fire, set construction, and sleepless nights, we discovered that courage isn't just the film's theme—it's the fuel of the people who made it all happen.

Explore the photos, videos, and moments that don't appear on screen, but that keep that flame burning. This is the true pulse of the film.

Construction of the "Room on Fire" Film Set 🎬🔥

The construction of the burning room set took months of work. A set prepared to actually catch fire — and bring to life a story full of intensity and emotion. Days of preparation and dedication went into ensuring that, in a few seconds, everything would turn to ashes.

The set was carefully designed with safe and durable materials, ensuring the safety of the crew and actors during filming. Every detail was considered to maintain stability and protection even amidst the high temperatures of the fire.

In scenes involving fire, we had professional firefighters present who were responsible for the safety of the entire environment during filming. In addition, specially trained volunteer firefighters performed the most dangerous sequences, acting as stunt doubles in the hazardous scenes. The entire process was conducted following strict safety protocols.

Stunt double - Helena - Rag Doll

In the most intense scenes — especially those in which little Helena appears in the burning room — no children were at risk. To ensure complete safety, we used a rag doll specially prepared for filming.

While the fire engulfed the scene, the real Helena was far from the flames, accompanied by the crew and family. All the tension you see on screen was built with technique, controlled effects, and meticulous planning.

This is how Flames of Courage balances emotion and responsibility: by telling a powerful story without ever compromising the safety of those who make it happen.
